SMS students win spelling bee

    Sheridan Middle School students Cameron Payne and Britton Harrison placed first and second respectively at the Grant County Spelling Bee held at Poyen High School on Feb. 8. Cameron is an 8th grade student, and Britton is a 6th grader. Cameron will advance to the state spelling bee, which will be held sometime in March at UALR. Britton will serve as alternate.
